The staff where all fairly friendly and the bagged breakfast was good. Particularly good location close to the tourist places we had determined to visit in Waco was a plus.

Let me spill the beans about the dining scene at Comfort North University in Waco. The snack bar was a delightful pit stop for a midday refuel, offering tasty treats that hit the spot just right. And let's taco 'bout the nearby restaurants! From finger-lickin' BBQ joints to cozy cafes serving up some mean chicken and waffles, the local eats truly hit the spot.

The suites at Comfort Suites Waco North are a complete home away from home. From the cozy separate sitting areas to the convenient AC and USB outlets, the rooms feel incredibly welcoming and comfortable. With amenities like a coffee maker and premium bedding, it's the perfect place for a business traveler like me.

I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking.

Helpful staff and management. Brand-new and huge room with very comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Had central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Nice pool, parking onsite.

The views from my room at Comfort Suites Waco North-Near University Area were stunning, with a clear sight of the city skyline and the nearby attractions. I also appreciated the thoughtful Suite Success Grab & Go bag, which provided a convenient option for early departures.

The room had a damp feel throughout my stay and there were some issues with the amenities, such as the small trash can and the limited coffee supplies.

The bagged breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was satisfactory. We had a recently refurbished room in the extremely clean building. The location of the property was favourable and unbeatable, to all the sites that we wanted to see.

The breakfast is satisfactory, the room is newly decorated and well-appointed with 2 full beds. It has particularly good location next to a restaurant, and Magnolia. Pretty friendly staff provides a great service.

The room was a nice size with 2 full beds and a couch, as for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors. The staff were constantly very professional. The location was convenient and easy, next to Magnolia Market and Richland Mall, a grocery store and bakery, and the two areas, in a very very nice area. Also, East Terrace House Museum was 2 miles away from the hotel.

Beautifully maintained and modern hotel located near Close to shops. The huge and reasonably large room with pull out sofas. A sitting area, a coffee table, and a couch in the bedroom.

Easy check-in process and great customer service. Spacious and clean rooms. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Allowed early check-in and provided a delicious free breakfast. Relaxing lobby area. Conveniently located near Collins bakery.
